It towers over you and will try stomping on you when it gets close - or launching multiple Kinetic Blasts at you, or causing you to gain fear and loose partial control. The Nightmare is a Typhon anomaly that's only purpose is to hunt you down wherever you go. Right from the entrance you're likely to encounter three mind-controlled humans - and the Nightmare. Video Guide: Crew Quarters Lobby and Habitation Podsīe ready for the worst when you first enter this area: The Crew Quarters was filled with people, and many have become hosts for Typhons - or worse. When you're geared and ready, head down into the Crew Quarters. There's also some food hiding behind the nearby pillar. On the bottom floor is the body of Lizzy Colton, who holds a Shotgun and the Shotgun Shells Fabrication Plan. Check the terminal for a map of the place and head downstairs. There's a Psi Hypo Fabrication Plan in the locker, and a Weapon Upgrade Kit located in the front near a rather interesting novel. Use the turrets outside to help out, and when they are dead, search inside the station. The tunnel is blockaded to keep a Phantom out, as well as some Corrupted Engineer Operators trapped in the level 2 locked Security Station. Arboretumīack in the Arboretum, leave the Talos 1 Lobby entrance tunnel and head over to the Crew Quarters access tunnel. Leap up onto the statue and strike the bell three times to uncover a safe that holds 1 Neuromod. Side Mission Update: Talos Smuggling Ring - While in the Hardware Labs, move to the top floor of the Atrium, and look for an alarm bell behind the giant statue on the second floor. The upper floor hides a Scope Chipset on a small crate. Search the storage areas for some supply crates with ammo, and look for a raised platform on the right. Reorient the turrets to help take him down. Be wary, as an Etheric Phantom likely lurks just beyond the fake walls. Notice the two large aquarium walls flanking the Lobby entrance? They are actually Looking Glass walls, and breaking them will reveal a storage area. There's also a hatch blocked by heavy crates - but there is another access. You can help yourself to the first of six by smacking the bell above Lily to find a Neuromod and ammo.īefore entering the Lobby, be sure to check the Med Bay for supplies and a Medical Operator. Apparently Lily and Eddie Voss are smuggling supplies out of Talos 1 using dead drop locations disguised as alarm bells - and hitting them three times with a wrench will unlock their contents. Side Mission: Talos Smuggling Ring - Along the right wall of the tunnel to the Lobby you'll find the body of Lily Morris and her TranScribe audiolog. Two turrets are here to greet you, hopefully you've haven't overdose on Typhon or you may need to throw down a EMP Charge. Return down below and enter the long hall towards the Talos 1 Lobby Access. Up above his office you can find the path leading to his escape pod is raised - accessed by his terminal, but for now we don't need to worry about it. Since the key isn't here, perhaps Alex's suite in Crew Quarters holds the real answers. You can also find an odd TranScribe audiolog: - I Keep Having This Dream - from you yourself. Alex's Escape Pod Key isn't here - but there's a lot else you can pilfer - like Alex Yu's Suit Keycard, 2 Neuromods, a Nullwave Transmitter, and a Scope Chipset. Use the code that December had when it was destroyed to open it. didn't mark as spoiler because I really don't think this will contain much.Side Mission Update: Who is December? - Behind his desk you can find a large crate covering a maintenance access panel - If you can push it aside with Leverage or use Mimesis to slip through the gap, you'll find a storeroom with Alex's Safe. Haven't even tried to investigate Melindra's number yet as I have wasted so much time trying to get this to work. Has anyone here experienced this? I am going to be really bothered if I have to leave this unfinished. I searched and didn't find anyone else with this problem. So I'm stuck on this mission as I don't want to move on to the end game without completing this. But no matter where I stand, or how I zoom, or anything else, it WILL NOT register. I am in the recycler room where the number "6" is on the wall that I'm supposed to scan. I had to scan it probably a dozen times before it actually registered in my objectives and even then, I never got a prompt on the top left of my screen. I easily investigated Rosalyn's map by scanning, and then moved on to Hordinbaffle's. I found all of the maps long ago, but am just now investigating them. So I'm at the end of the game and only have one optional mission left: Treasure Hunt.
